Features

bMobile manages the event processing messages. This means that system can push messages to the customer based on certain activities that happens in the customer account. For example, system can push a message to the customer when there is a transaction of large amount in the account or the customer can be notified when the currency rate changes.

Push & Pull feature

Capable of PUSH and PULL commands, bMobile features the Push command that enables Bank to send information to customers automatically based on certain events like Large Amount Transactions, Change in Rates, Market Drop, etc while the Pull commands are initiated by customers at their own choice.

Standard Pull commands.

• Request Account Balance
• Request Account Balance of all your Authorized accounts.
• Place Cheque Book / Stop Payment Requests.
• Get last 3 transactions on your Mobile Screen.
• Request a full account statement on your e-mail / Fax.
• Get Currency Rates.
• Purchase Mobile Airtime
• Pay your utility bills using your mobile phone.
• Get the status of any incoming or outgoing cheque.
• Transfer funds in-between your selected accounts.
• Change your m-PIN

Standard Push commands.

• Account balance every day at defined time
• Currency Rates every day or anytime there is a drastic change in Rates
• Your Deposit is falling due
• Your Loan Installment falling due
• A large amount transaction hitting your account
• Your account balance goes below or above a certain balance
• Your Salary / Other specific transactions happen in your account
• Pay your utility bills using your mobile phone
• Get the status of any incoming or outgoing cheque
• Launch of new products at Bank / Marketing details
• Other reminders like failed Loan Installment, Deposit Maturing, etc.
