Overview

Mobile devices have become a part of our day to day lives. Software suppliers have started taking an advantage of this fact by using this device as a part of their business model. The product could either support the WAP or stay with plain Vanilla SMS.

With the WAP option, the bank could be more interactive, provide a variety of options that are customizable without any manual updates on the handset. bMobile is an add-on module that sits on any host banking application, helping your customers to access their account details using a normal mobile phone. New services could be added at ease and could be directly linked to other service providers. These functionalities come at a cost that mobile device should be WAP enabled and Mobile Service Provider should support WAP.

The product uses standard SMS features to send and receive information whereby your customers can access their account worldwide. With the SMS option, bank could outreach both from the device point of view and from the Mobile Service provider. The basic requirement is to have a connection to the WAP gateway and have a 128 bit SSL certificate.

bMobile can be easily integrated to any core banking system directly or via ISO 8583 standards. Bank can use GSM Modems or a direct connectivity to Mobile service Providers.
