Bankers Realm Switch – integrates electronic delivery channels like Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), Electronic Funds Transfer at the Point of Sale (EFT-POS) Terminals, Mobile Phones, Personal Digital Assistants (PDA), Traditional Wired/Wireless Telephones, the PC and the Internet with the Bankers Realm core banking host and – facilitates real-time electronic payments for automated customer transactions from different customer touch points and transaction channels.
Bankers Realm EFT is a switching system that can drive and manage an ATM/POS network. It uses superior middleware that enables it to handle all the electronic delivery channels like the ATMs, POS, Mobile & Internet banking, IVRS and Call centers, while the database connects seamlessly to the core banking hosts over an ISO 8583 messaging format.
Bankers Realm EFT can issue and authorize Magstripe & EMV compliant cards that enable it to be highly flexible and scalable to very high transaction levels and also perform a host of activities like Manage SVC (stored value cards) or pre-paid cards, Mobile top-us and connect to other ATM and POS networks. It can also connect to international interchanges such as Visa & MasterCard, Reconciliation and settlement with hosts, interchanges & other ATM/POS networks and interchanges.
Bankers Realm Switch supports multi-language ATM screens, multi-currency dispensing while BR EFT back office can generate a host of daily reports and MIS besides managing remote monitoring and EOD processing.
