Our team located at CSIL ' s development center in Bangalore, India, works as an extended arm of the Customers in-house team. A team comprising of Project Manager, Project Leads, Domain Experts, Developers and Quality Control and Testing are dedicated to the client project.
The offshoring process involves replicating the Customer development environment, establishing the communication channels and reporting and reviewing structure.
Project Progress reports are sent to the Customer on a regular basis. The Customer can conduct mid-term reviews with the program manager at their offices or at the offshore office. Our engineers also facilitate installation and acceptance testing at the Customer's office.
In the Build Operate and Transfer Model, the Center for Offshore Development is built based on the requirements of the client and runs on a pre-defined and agreed to terms and conditions. CSIL’s Build-Operate-Transfer model enables customers to rapidly start offshore operations and later transfer the offshore development center as their own subsidiary. This model helps the client build up its own facility offshore without having to be exposed to entry-level hassles.
