COD Onshore/Offshore Team Roles

The onsite off shore team activities are very clearly defined by CSIL team

• Client initiates the request for a project.
• Onsite team will carry the scoping exercise and send the RFP document to off-shore program management office.
• Offshore program management office reviews the RFP and generation SRS/Statement of work.
• Client approves the SRS and sends back to off-shore team for requirement analysis, design and requirement specification, technical, functional, SLAs deliverables documents.
•  Pilot/ proof of concept is created for approval of clients.
• Upon approval, development work will start at off-shore and periodical information sharing and reviews will be effected.
• Onsite team will help in implementing/ deploying the software and training the users.
• Go live, UAT and Project Closure Sign-off.
• Maintenance Contract is requested by Client and same is executed from CSIL.
