System would generate a unique identifier to identify a client in the bank.
Our development team is in the process of developing a mechanism based on the BIO Verification whereby the system would generate a unique number - which will become the Customer-ID. For example, if the bank is using a thumb reader, then based on the thumb impression, our system would generate a unique number. This is theoretically unique in the whole world.

We have tried to use the Bank assistant to extend the user interface beyond the conventional mouse and keyboard interactions prevalent today. Enhancing applications and Web pages with a visible interactive personality will both broaden and humanize the interaction between users and their computers. We call this bank assistant Mr. Realm. This live character can actually speak and listen. Assume that you are accessing a particular account quite frequently. Every day you access this particular account almost a dozen times. There is an easy way to access similar frequently used accounts by adding them to your favorite list. If Mr. Realm figures out a situation that can make your life easy, he will immediately show his intelligence! The figure shows you a sample on it.
We have tried to make this character as live and as intelligent as possible. The character is also able to detect the internet presence, it can remember your favorite internet sites, it can send your e-mail messages, and do a whole lot of things that your personal secretary can do! All work and no jokes can make you a tiring person!! So at times, Mr. Realm can even crack a joke!
We have used this animated character extensively throughout the software, especially on security alerts, reminders, error messages, error reporting and internet usage.
The system tracks and marks a loan as non-performing loan based on the prudential guidelines provided by the Reserve Bank of India.
