Overview

A fully integrated on-line banking software solution for automating a bank's front and back office activities, Bankers Realm is specifically designed for medium and large banks and financial institutions.

Bankers Realm is a multi-tiered software developed using the latest technology and powered by the combination of Visual Basic, Visual C++, Visual Interdev, and Visual J++ as front end, while the database and operating system are kept open. The institution has an option to select any of the available relational databases like Oracle or MS SQL and operating systems like WINDOWS, Linux or any flavors of Unix.

Bankers Realm is a solution based on centralized Architecture. It therefore provides true benefits of automation because of inherent central design approach. The following are the key benefits of the Bankers Realm architecture:

Bankers Realm is a customer centric system. The customer defined as a “client”, is global to the system and can be viewed as a single entity. The client is defined centrally and is accessible from any modules and branches. Double data entry is avoided by the system automatically taking client information from the central database and filling up required fields every time a new product or service is offered to the customer.

Bankers Realm also caters to the co-operative banking segment or more commonly referred as Savings and Credit Cooperative Systems (SACCOs).

All modules are fully integrated and inter-modules operations are automatic. Bankers Realm has a dynamic Product parameterization Environment. This enables addition of products and services on-the-fly based on market dynamics, thus enabling the bank to have an edge over its competitors in product roll out.

Transactions generated by all the modules including third party solutions are updated online and real-time by the system. Automatic unique transaction numbers generated and the system provides a comprehensive audit trail for every single entry & transactions. Bankers Realm uses standard transaction message formats that are global to the solution.

Bankers Realm is available on a 24*7*365 basis and facilitates anywhere, anytime banking and is never “off-line” to the customer.
