A recent survey indicates that more than sixty percent of enquiries, made at the counter of the Bank can be independently addressed by deploying user-friendly automated systems. These and some other simple facts including security were kept in mind while designing Cubicle.
Cubicle software is based on touch screen technology. Customers can gain access to this software and information related to their accounts using either a secret password or using a Bank Card or both.
A Touch-screen technology product, Cubicle furnishes instant information on various customer queries that include Account Balance, Cheque book requests and Interest Rates, thus drastically reducing the operating cost. Cubicle requires a computer with touch screen, which will be connected to the bank’s network allowing users to navigate their bank account by touching icons or links displayed on the screen. Customers can access the software through a secret password or their bank card. A thermal printer is required to print mini-account statements.
Customers can obtain account balance, statement of account, transfer funds, request cheque book, and stop transactions through Cubicle.
