TeleBanking


Keep your financial details at your fingertips 24 hours a day. TeleBanking is an IVR (Interactive voice response) software application which allows customers to gain immediate access to account information and other related banking services using a push button telephone.

TeleBanking was designed using open database architecture. A perfect combination of voice telephony technology and customer service, TeleBanking requires a Windows 95/Windows NT server on the bank's side, and a normal push button telephone on the customer's side.

TeleBanking can handle customer enquiry calls like Balance, Fax on demand, Voice mails, and other banking related activities.
